Above Koszalin rises Chelmska Mountain – a great rest and recreation area for the city’s residents.

The tower, built at the top in 1888, offers a view of the Koszalin skyline.

Chelmska Mountain is also the destination of numerous pilgrimages coming from all over Poland to the chapel standing on the summit – the Sanctuary of the Covenant with the image of the Thrice-Awesome Mother of God.
